Rack and Tank Logistics

NZ Energy provides in-tank product at US Gulf Coast locations for client contracts for Bulk fuels and Rack supply. NZ Energy supply is connected to the Houston area network of pipelines and terminals, which allows customers different options for loading product and products movements. Minimum monthly volumes apply with product time frames been delivered into-tank for sale dependent on pipeline scheduling Clients are able to arrange throughput and storage options with the respective terminals to move product within contract time frames once delivered into tank. .

For other bulk delivery options products are distributed to key terminal locations within the bulk terminal transfer and pipeline system in the US Gulf Coast through strategic partnerships and throughput/storage agreements. US EPA Renewable Fuel Standard

The Renewable Fuel Standard program under the Clean Air Act was created under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and further expanded by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. EPA implements the RFS program in consultation with U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Department of Energy.

RVOs are annual volume targets set by the EPA for obligated parties to meet to comply with the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS). Exporters of renewable fuel must meet their RVOs by obtaining and retiring enough Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) within 30 days of exporting the fuel.
